Renowned since ancient times for its unique taste, fine bubbles and beneficial effects.  Since then, it has been bottled exclusively in glass bottles by mineral craftsmen.  In 2020, four Ardèche local enthusiasts - Hugues, Mickaël, Florence and Benoît - joined forces to renovate the spring while respecting its history. VOLCAN is above all a human adventure, a project founded on friendship and a passion for the land. Its original gas is preserved, guaranteeing natural effervescence and inimitable quality. An exceptional volcanic terroir drawing its richness from the heart of the Aizac Volcano, their water benefits from a unique mineralization, offering a pure and subtle taste, ideal for everyday or gourmet consumption.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eA product prized by chefs and ppreciated by the greatest names in gastronomy, VOLCAN is a fine accompaniment to the most refined dishes. According to chef Pierre Gagnaire, its bubbles are ‘crisp and clean’, making it an excellent choice for the finest tables.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eHandcrafted, responsible production. The entire production process has been meticulously studied to reduce their environmental impact and guarantee consistent quality, from the entirely new production tool to the design of their personalized bottles made from glass that is over 30% lighter.
