100% Garnacha from the Eliphante block, located in Cornville, AZ. Vibrant aromatics with a complex palate and rich with Old World characteristics. Early pick, whole cluster, wild fermented, extended maceration Garnacha from the Elephant Block in Cornville. Aged in Concrete Eggs. Cropped at 2.5 to 3.0 tons per acre. 3350 ft. elevation.

In early 2012, just outside of Cornville, AZ, we planted 30 acres on what we refer to as the Eliphante Block. Here we have mostly Italian clones, with a few Spanish and French as well.
