Also located in Grospierres, just a few kilometres from our historic domaine, this unique winery uses organic farming methods to vinify grapes from five domaines in the southern Rhône Valley, whose terroirs stretch from the Drôme to the Gard, passing through the Ardèche. True to the philosophy that guides our work at Château de la Selve, we produce each cuvée with respect for the terroir, adopting a minimalist approach in the cellar. Our ambition is to reveal the purity and freshness of the wines we create. With Cros des Calades, we offer a range of enjoyable, accessible and delicious wines that perfectly complement the estate's offering. You will find red, white and rosé wines, as well as an orange wine, a classic sparkling wine and a sparkling rosé. These are sincere, lively and vibrant wines to be discovered and shared without moderation.
