A quirky, delicious & creative blend of Roussanne, Gruner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc & Chardonnay whose name references the 1986 classic comedy Back to School & Rodney Dangerfield’s death defying Triple Lindy dive which about sums up the acrobatics of making wine on the fly in 2021 after so many friends offered Tracey fruit when we lost grapes due to climate.

Triple Lindy is the wine to wrap up summer, to get our last sun-filled hurrahs out in the open air. It’s the wine to bring on a late summer camp-out, to pour beside granite river rocks or a dusty picnic table. It’s the wine to drink with hair loose and feet nestled in the sand or dirt. Layered and textural, with notes of green apples, white peach, wasabi, grapefruit, pea shoots, white pepper, and crushed oyster shells. Pair with anything from the late summer garden – tomato and corn salad, grilled squash, stuffed bell peppers, melon + feta – or try a Vietnamese noodle bowl (bún) or seared halibut.
