Florez '9 Volt' Grenache Noir 2021 (750 ml)

9 Volt is made from 100% Grenache grapes grown at Windmill Vineyard in Dunnigan Hills and picked early for a bright and fresh acidity and lighter body. Drinks well with a slight chill with your favorite charcuterie board.

Winemaking: 50% whole cluster fermentation and 50% destemmed. Aged in neutral barrels for 6 months. No fining or filtration and only 15 ppm SO2 added at bottling.

We go out our way to do things exactly how we feel will best allow the wines to express distinct personality. The fruit is the most important part of the process and it is foundational that we work with good vineyards grown in harmony with their terroir.
