Le Ballon Blanc 2021 (750 ml)

Made from Vermentino and Colombard, two varieties rarely found outside of Languedoc-Roussillon. Both offering texture and fruit ripeness but still with a freshness to them. Goes with anything seafood orientated.

Located in Pays d'Oc, Le Ballon are producing organic grapes at excellent value. The work done in the vineyard, and particularly the work of the soil, give way to fruity and easy-going wines, to drink in their youth.
