Winemaking Method: Helem is a 10-day Skin Contact Chardonnay that has been fermented and aged in Amphora. The wines go through MLF naturally, they are racked twice before being bottled in late spring.

About the Wine Maker:
Abdullah Richi is a Syrian refugee who fled the violence of the Syrian war and sought refuge in Lebanon. With a keen interest in winemaking, Abdullah learned the craft by observing our wine maker, Eddie Chami and used his newly acquired skills to create an exquisite red wine, which he named after his wife, Hanan.

Despite the challenges he faced as a refugee, Abdullah remains determined to pursue his passion and dreams of returning to Syria to establish his own winery. His unwavering dedication to winemaking is a testament to his resilience and hope for a brighter future.
