Deep ruby with subtle violet reflections, indicating its youthful vibrancy. A complex bouquet of blackberry pie, violet, cracked black pepper, and loamy earth. Medium-bodied with a harmonious blend of black and red fruits, including blackberries and raspberries. The wine is textured with vibrant black and red fruits, meat, and exotic spice. Firm, spicy tannins provide structure, leading to a lingering finish with notes of black licorice, tar, and pomegranate liqueur. This wine's balanced acidity and structured tannins suggest it will age gracefully over the next 5-7 years. Their entire lineup of wines came from cool climate vineyards in  Sonoma County and Mendocino. These wines were big, rich expressions of Syrah that went on to be highly sought after. As a result, Pax quickly became established as one of \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.viticolewine.com\/pax-syrah-hills-are-alive\/\"\u003eCalifornia’s premier producers of Syrah.\u003c\/a\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"\"\u003ePresently, Pax Wines has evolved to include new and exciting varieties in addition to Syrah. This is done by taking care to use only grapes that are grown without the use of chemicals and by hand making their wines with as little intervention as possible.
