Created by blending fresh Yuzu juice with house made umeshu, we wanted to bring new flavors to the market. This balances the depth of plum with the vibrancy of yuzu.

SERVING

Chilled as an aperitif or a refreshing palate cleanser. Try on the rocks or with soda water too. Bartenders love it for mixing as it gives depth and acidity without having to carry fresh citrus.
