Born in 2013 in the historic town of Birzeit (just north of Ramallah), Birzeit Brewery is a small, family-owned microbrewery founded by three brothers who turned a passion for beer — and a deep love of their land — into what has become one of Palestine’s most iconic craft beer brands.

Though the brewery was founded in 2013, commercial production of Shepherds Beer commenced in July 2015, overcoming significant logistical and regulatory challenges to bring a local, artisanal spirit to life.

Our Beers

Shepherds Beer combines tradition, creativity, and craftsmanship. The core lineup includes:
