Tasting Notes
A favorite for summertime picnics, this Napa Sauvignon Blanc bursts with invigorating aromas of grapefruit, lemon rind, and a hint of zesty lime. A touch of grassy character, reminiscent of New Zealand Sauvignons Blancs, adds complexity. The palate is electric with vibrant acidity that cuts through the wine, keeping it incredibly refreshing. Beautiful tannin emerges on the finish, adding structure and surprising length.

Vineyard
This wine is made with organically farmed grapes from our Valle Di Sotto Estate Vineyard located in the heart of the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley. The Oak Knoll District is located at the southern end of the Napa Valley where cooling marine influences create a unique micro-climate that helps the grapes maintain bright fruit flavors and retain acidity.

Winemaking
Hand harvested in the cool morning hours; the fruit is destemmed, then pressed into tank. The juice is cold settled for 48 hours before initiating fermentation with cultured yeast. The wine is aged in 80% Stainless Steel and 20% neutral oak for 4 months with no malolactic fermentation.
