Driven by a solo passion yet fueled by collaboration, Amman embarked on her first vintage in 2022, translating her wine knowledge from studies into tangible practice. Following the vintage, Cloud Amman emerged as a bold response to the perceived elitism of vineyard and winery ownership.
Embracing the concept of a cloud winery, she champions flexibility, enabling work anytime, anywhere, fostering collaborations with natural wine growers worldwide,
harnessing terroir diversity, and exploring various wine styles.
Despite her global reach, Amman remains deeply connected to her roots, aspiring to produce wines in her homeland, Jordan. She firmly believes in showcasing its unique
terroir through the lens of natural winemaking methods.
