The 2nd installment of Skin Contact Cortese! Always the orange wine for those new to skin fermented whites/macerated whites/orange wine.

Whole cluster fermented for 13 days in stainless steel, when moved to neutral oak for 11 months. The soft skins of Cortese make it an approachable orange wine with low tannin.

Approachable tannin and bursting acidity are accompanied by a rainier cherry, pineapple, orange, and banana smoothie on the palate.
