For generations the Raimbault family have worked the hillside of their family-run estate in Sancerre near the village of Verdigny. Passing down both vineyards and knowledge from one generation to the next. Today, Didier continues this tradition, farming with care and respect for the land.

The estate covers parcels across some of the region’s most celebrated slopes, where steep exposures and diverse soils shape the character of the wines. Work in the vines is done carefully and often by hand, guided by an approach that balances tradition with thoughtful precision.

In the cellar, Didier’s focus is on transparency and authenticity. The goal is not to impose a style but to allow the vineyard and the vintage to shine through.
