Winemaking
In stainless steel tanks, with temperature control during fermentation. Cold stop of fermentation, to retail a slight sweetness. The wine is then de-alcoholized by vacuum distillation.

Pale yellow color with golden highlights.

Intense apricot nose.

One the Palette
Silky mouthfeel, Blanc-fleshed fruit. Delicate bubbles. Balance, soft and fresh.
