Once again, this tastes like the Sicilian sun, bright, happy and easy to drink. This is 100% Catarratto, with 7 days skin contact, grown at 150 meters altitude along the shores of the Mediterranean, barely sulfured for maximum honesty. It offers hints of ripe fruit, citrus peel, honey and aromatic herbs giving complexity. On the palate it is delicate and persistent, with a lively freshness.
