Blue is a botanical forward gin infused with 18 botanicals featuring juniper, grapefruit, mint, coriander, cardamom, lavender, cubeb berries, angelica, and orris root. Produced using organic, non-GMO sugarcane spirit from Brazil. Botanicals undergo a 24-hour maceration in neutral spirit before distillation. A celebration of juniper on the nose anchored by bright citrus and soothing florality precedes a silky palate of coriander, angelica root, and orange peel with grapefruit, lavender, and mint on the finish. Rested up to one month before bottling. It is unfiltered so it will create a pearlescent effect when poured over ice or when mixed with tonic.

Blue Gin from Forthave Spirits derives its name from the use of a fully matured blue juniper rather than the green, unripened berries classically used for the London Dry style. Anchored by this darker, richer, and sweeter juniper variety and bolstered with refreshing citrus notes and uplifting florality, this richly textured gin is formulated with stirred cocktails in mind—start with your favorite Martini and see where the gin takes you next!
