Marai de Marai Extra Dry is a wine that is made predominantly of Glera grapes that are meticulously selected and harvested from the native hills of Valdobbiadene in North Eastern Italy and then blended with grapes from the Foss Marai Estates in Southern Italy. A carefully developed natural yeast from the Foss Marai laboratories instills this wine with its unique perfume and aroma.


Its taste is intense, with a delicate sensation of fruit prevailing. Macedonia of a won derful complexity, due to its structured origin where the synergy of the acidity with residual sugar provides a velvety feeling. The bubbles serve as additional taste activa tors.


A well balanced wine that is best served as an aperitif. Also as base for Bellini cocktail, Mimosas and Marai Royale.
