100% Chenin Blanc

Blend Grapes sourced from Ugarteche, Luján de Cuyo.
Vineyard age 45 years, pergola-trained.
Vinification Manual harvest with vineyard selection, followed by a second selection at the winery. Destemming and gentle pneumatic pressing at low pressures. Natural cold settling. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts and the vineyard’s natural acidity, in stainless steel for 18 days, followed by 45 days of aging on lees with daily bâtonnage.
Aging 5 months on lees to preserve aromas, enhance color, and add greater density.
Tasting profile Fresh and smooth character, pale color with greenish, steely highlights.
Aromas of chamomile blossoms, lime, and subtle white peach. Fresh palate entry with
lingering flavors of melon and lime. Long finish, medium body, fresh, sharp, citrusy,
and crisp.

Welcome to Lala Lá wines!
We produce certified, organic and high quality wines in Mendoza, Argentina. Our Lalala wines are, malbec, criolla, rose tempranillo, chenin blanc  filter and natural. All our wines are created with grapes from Agrelo, Valle de Uco and Ugarteche. Our wines are manually harvested and personally supervised by our enologists Leo Borsi and Silvia Corti.

History
Lala Lá has been making certificated organic wines since its first harvest in 2016.

Lala Lá wines are produced by Laura Ciacera and her team of enologist, technicians and sales force.

Laura comes from a family with long tradition in wine making. Her mother (from San Juan) and her father (from Mendoza) owned a winery. For 14 years, Laura developed lines of products and marketing schemes there, while achieving high expertise in the wine business.

In 2016, Layea left the family business and started producing her own organic wines in Mendoza.
