Geographical Location Paraje Campo Vidal, CORDON DEL PLATA, TUPUNGATO, VALLE DE UCO, Mendoza, Argentina
Soil and Sub Soil alluvial soils, short and restrictive stony soils on an alluvial fan. Soil of productive potential and excellent freshness when grapes are harvested at their optimum maturity.
Age of the Vineyards 40 years old on average.
Vinification manual harvest with double selection, followed by a third selection in the winery. Fermentation between 22 C and 25 C in stainless steel tanks for 22 days. Decanting according to the lunar calendar on “fruit” day. Malolactic fermentation.
Personality and Aging a frank, fresh, fruity wine that shows that it is possible to produce wines without defects and with ample qualities from Criollo grapes.

Welcome to Lala Lá wines!
We produce certified, organic and high quality wines in Mendoza, Argentina. Our Lalala wines are, malbec, criolla, rose tempranillo, chenin blanc  filter and natural. All our wines are created with grapes from Agrelo, Valle de Uco and Ugarteche. Our wines are manually harvested and personally supervised by our enologists Leo Borsi and Silvia Corti.

History
Lala Lá has been making certificated organic wines since its first harvest in 2016.

Lala Lá wines are produced by Laura Ciacera and her team of enologist, technicians and sales force.

Laura comes from a family with long tradition in wine making. Her mother (from San Juan) and her father (from Mendoza) owned a winery. For 14 years, Laura developed lines of products and marketing schemes there, while achieving high expertise in the wine business.

In 2016, Layea left the family business and started producing her own organic wines in Mendoza.
