Grapes from Lujan de Cuyo and Agrelo, Mendoza, Argentina.
Age of the Vineyards 20-35 years old on average.
Vinification Manual harvest selection in the vineyard, followed by a second selection in the winery. Barreling by gravity. Partial destemming, 30% not destemmed in its best parts. 20-day traditional fermentation, in concrete eggs with temperature control. Pneumatic pressing and systematic malolactic fermentation.
Aging 6 months in oak barrels, 15% new and the remaining 85% of one, two and three uses.
Personality and Aging this is a fresh, sharp, almost mineral, fruity wine. Its tannic structure is medium, allowing freshness and fluidity. It is a wine of great volume, thought for a short period of 2-to-3 years aging.

We produce certified, organic and high quality wines in Mendoza, Argentina. Our Lalala wines are, malbec, criolla, rose tempranillo, chenin blanc  filter and natural. All our wines are created with grapes from Agrelo, Valle de Uco and Ugarteche. Our wines are manually harvested and personally supervised by our enologists Leo Borsi and Silvia Corti.

History
Lala Lá has been making certificated organic wines since its first harvest in 2016.

Lala Lá wines are produced by Laura Ciacera and her team of enologist, technicians and sales force.

Laura comes from a family with long tradition in wine making. Her mother (from San Juan) and her father (from Mendoza) owned a winery. For 14 years, Laura developed lines of products and marketing schemes there, while achieving high expertise in the wine business.

In 2016, Layea left the family business and started producing her own organic wines in Mendoza.
