100% Tempranillo de Uco
Blend 100% grapes from the Cordon del Plata district of Tupungato, Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina.
Soil and Sub Soil This is the pedemontane zone of Tupungato. Strong presence of stones and sand. High level of carbonates in the soil. 
Age of the Vineyards 45 years old on average.
Vinification Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard, followed by a second selection in the winery. Pneumatic pressing, destemming, and fermentation with temperature controls. Fermentation for 15 days at controlled temperatures.  Rest on total lees for 3 months. Systematic malolactic fermentation. 
Aging 4 months in stainless steel tanks.  Bottling after light filtration.
Personality and aging fresh, sharp, almost mineral, fruity wine. Sweet strokes feature this wine, added to its herbal and intensely fruity character.

Maing Analytical Data Alc. 13.4%; pH: 3.4; Total Acidity: 4.5 g/l; Sugar: 2 g/l., SO2 total below 80mg/l

We produce certified, organic and high quality wines in Mendoza, Argentina. Our Lalala wines are, malbec, criolla, rose tempranillo, chenin blanc  filter and natural. All our wines are created with grapes from Agrelo, Valle de Uco and Ugarteche. Our wines are manually harvested and personally supervised by our enologists Leo Borsi and Silvia Corti.

History
Lala Lá has been making certificated organic wines since its first harvest in 2016.

Lala Lá wines are produced by Laura Ciacera and her team of enologist, technicians and sales force.

Laura comes from a family with long tradition in wine making. Her mother (from San Juan) and her father (from Mendoza) owned a winery. For 14 years, Laura developed lines of products and marketing schemes there, while achieving high expertise in the wine business.

In 2016, Layea left the family business and started producing her own organic wines in Mendoza.
