"Planted in an organic haven of Happy Canyon, this 100% Graciano is made from entirely destemmed fruit in a style fit for rustic picnics, seaside paella and long, thoughtful musings. Expressed as a single varietal, Graciano has a purity of place rarely matched: she sees one of the longest growing seasons year in, year out. And therefore speaks of all the layers, in the most thoughtful, deeply layered way. Four neutral puncheons aged this wonder for 14 moons, and we bottle-aged her for a further 14 months to release for this season of change.
