Luc Lapeyre 'Le Vin à Boire' Minervois 2022 (750 ml)

Blend of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. A nuanced grape blend with wonderful depth of flavor that belies its low ABV rate of only 12%. Labelled as Luc's Wine to Drink, this is wine made to share and is pure pleasure from beginning to end. Beautifully balanced dark summer fruits with a gentle kick of spice play alongside a fresh yet elegant palate. The finish is satin smooth.

CEPAGE: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon

It is vinified like a white or a rosé, first press juice, only two-three days maceration to retain the best of the fruit and the suppleness of the cépage. Best served chilled.
