Redentore 'ZERO' Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine (750 ml)

Taste 
A fine and persistent perlage, light straw yellow colour, with greenish hues, fruity bouquet with a pleasant hint of apple, exotic notes, light body and harmonious taste.

Where it's Produced
Glera grapes comes from the Prosecco territory in Veneto, in the Treviso area, from a vineyard with the ideal structure for vine growing, with a high percentage of clay.

How it's Made
Pressing of the Glera grapes, chilling the must to 0°C and then having a single fermentation at 15°C. I am then gently heated to about 30°C under vacuum, in this way alcohol is removed preserving all my original and natural aromas.
