100% Sauvignon Blanc


Born just south of Nantes, in the farming hamlet of Château-Thébaud, this wine comes from biodynamically-treated 35+ year old densely-planted vineyards grown on multilayered soils. The top layer is composed of silica and clay, sitting on a mother rock of thick granite, which impart a lovely mineral backbone to the wine. The grapes are hand-harvested, wild yeast fermented in glass-lined underground cement tanks, sit on their lees for 5 months, then bottled unfined, lightly filtered, and lightly sulfured for stability. The result is a rich, complex deliciously refreshing wine that coats the mouth and goes on and on and on.

Regis and Sylvain are cousins from Marseille who said bon voyage to their finance careers to begin making wine out of the Loire Valley. Grapes are hand harvested from practicing-biodynamic vineyards and fermented with wild yeast. The result is rich and complex, but with balanced acidity and freshness. Expect grassy, melon, and citrus flavors accompanied by staunch salinity and minerality. Pair with roasted artichoke salad dressed with lemon and mint.

After their respective careers in finance and winemaking, Régis and Sylvain, two cousins from Marseille, bring together their passion and love for wine.

Convinced that the world has entered an insatiable quest for wines of excellence, with the ambition of elevating the wine-drinking experience, Régis and Sylvain cannot but notice a gap in the offer. The fact is that it cannot seem to quench the thirst of the growing global middle class and meet its ever-demanding expectations.

To make up that deficiency in some way, they decided to give a new face to wine production by creating their own brand at the end of 2017: Régis & Sylvain®. A brand synonymous with quality, identity of terroir, reasoned production and moderated prices. In order to achieve that, they prefer to go to the four corners of France rather than acquire a vineyard. They can thus vinify grapes and bottle their wines in regions providing them with the opportunity to meet those criteria.

Based in the heart of Marseille, the outreach of their wine trading company has already spread to four continents.
